Alistair's background began in property consultancy, spending 15 years with Montagu Evans and King Sturge before moving client side, where he then spent 11 years with
MP2 Consulting, founded by Alistair Finn, offers development and construction advisory services to investors, funders and developers in both the private and public sectors. Alistair's background began in property consultancy, spending 15 years with Montagu Evans and King Sturge before moving client side, where he then spent 11 years with Capital and Counties Properties PLC (now Shaftesbury Capital).
He has worked on a broad range of private and public sector projects as well as private-public schemes, including the second phase of the Ealing Schools project. He led the client team on WWF’s multi-award winning, innovative, zero carbon HQ office scheme.

Following completion of that project he commenced working on the Lillie Square, Earls Court project, a JV between Capco and KFI (a Hong Kong based investor). His role there evolved from a site based delivery role through to leading the development as Project Director of this high end residential scheme, also being responsible for the operational business management and running of the JV.

He believes strongly in supply chain engagement for success in delivery and led Capco’s industry engagement to become a CLOCS champion, as well as representing them on the Construction Clients Leadership Group (CCLG) and the British Council for Offices (BCO).
